About Me

Flourishing Little Leaders is owned and operated by Ashley Nicole Moore. 

Ashley has been providing child-care services for families in the Carson area since 2010. She is great with children of all ages, and coins herself as a fun and extremely responsible caregiver. You can count on Ms. Ashley (affectionately known as TT Ashley to her little leaders) to make sure your children are safe and secure as well as nurtured and loved hours away from home.

Since opening the daycare in July of 2010, Ashley knew that she didn’t want it to be your ordinary and boring daycare, where kids sit in front of the television all day long. Ashley knew from the start that having a preschool curriculum in place was important. She didn’t want them to just sing their ABC’s and recite 123’s without being able to identify the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, days of the week and months of the year.”

At Flourishing Little Leaders, our goal every day is to instill respect in our children by teaching them to respect themselves as well as others. We also teach our little leaders’ resilience by encouraging them to not give up by reinforcing them to try again whether it’s building block towers that keeps falling when they’re building or putting back together a broken toy. 

Although Flourishing Little Leaders is a home daycare, it’s ran like a preschool. We take field trips, have picture day twice a year, do arts & crafts, music with movement, sing alongs, story-time, nature walks and more. We also encourage social, cognitive, emotional and physical development.

There's a quote Ms. Ashley absolutely loves that says, "When you use your passion in the service of others it becomes a purpose." That quotes resonates with Ms. Ashley because she knows that she’s fulfilling her purpose by living one of her passions which is loving, teaching and nurturing children.
